I have booked a room on 6 october 2017 via agoda app at casa clark’s inn mysore for 4 to 6 november 2017. On reaching hotel at night with family the hotel person said that they never reaceived any voucher or communication from agoda and their is no booking under your name. I called their customer care number, after 30 attempts it got connected but was only ivrs. It just resend the same confirmation mail to me. The other mobile number mentioned in email never picked and in morning says this wrong number. I had no choice but to stay in same hotel but it said that i have to pay money again. So where is my money rs 6723.44 paid to agoda on 6 october. It’s cheating fraud involving many person. Never fell trap to agoda
