Agoga — Asking for Refund on flights booking

I booked two roundtrip Air India International flight tickets (Booking ID [protected] and [protected]) through Agoda on May 4 and 5, 2025 with charge of tickets INR 93, 456.26 and INR 46, 728.12, respectively, totaling INR 1, 40, 184.38. The flights were rescheduled by the concerned airline which was not convenient to my planned trip. With no option left, the booking had to cancel on June 14, 2025. My request for refund has been pending with Agoda since the last 90 days. Since I had to rebook the tickets in some other booking Apps and airlines for which I paid INR 2, 03988.84. That is, I had to pay an extra amount of INR 63, 804.46. I demand full refund of INR 140184.38 for my earlier booking (ID [protected] and [protected]) from Agoda.
