Sir,

I am from sant nagar dayal bagh agra.
From the month of oct..2017 sever connection are given to all the residential in this area.in the month the contractor mr. Shivam (Contact no. [protected]) visited my home and i paid rs. 1200 to vacant safety tank. Till today the connection is not done..

No of times i contacted him but he is not giving the connection and telling that before connection you have to pay 1200 again to vacant the saktey tank.

Sir, you are requested to take the necessary action.
