We used Agrawal Safe Movers to shift our house hold things from Himmatnagar to Dehradun. We misunderstood this company to be the original Aggarwal packers and hence agreed to send by this as it is trusted. But only later we came to know it's another one using this name to mislead. In the mail they had sent with quotation some places the name is spelt Agarwal and in other places Agrawal. They quoted Rs. 39, 017 and after packing everything they said there is an insurance of Rs. 3, 000. We said we do not need the insurance but they said that they are not responsible and hinted that things may not reach safely if we don't pay the insurance. So we paid the extra Rs. 3000. When the things arrived in Dehradun, some things we missing and furniture damaged fit which we asked them. Mr. Sanjay Singh from the company said that the missing things will be sent in a week and insurance will be settled in 10 days, but they never did. This is a fake company using the name of a good company by changing the spelling a little and taking a lot of money. We believed it's the original packers and so agreed for such a huge amount. The packing was very badly done and lot of things were damaged. It's more than a year and we still have not got any compensation or any response from the company.
