I ordered on 19 May 2023. Order No. 26300. So far It is not delivered. The telephone number[protected] is always busy. There is no other number to contact. My mail to the company went unanswered

Company sent the product. Received it yesterday. If they could have replied my mail or answered my phone call all this could not have happened. I request the company to inform the consumers about probable date of arrival. There is no tracking mechanism in their website
