Agroforestry Concern (A Public Limited Company) Reg No.7310 — How to claim maturity amount

I have invested rs 1000 to our golden forest for all an agro-forestry concern (A public limited company) regno.7310. My account no.01/9/lsb144540 d/plan no/mop 24/25 l/s, receipt no 95/101177 dated 30/11/1995. Recived maturity cheque but but dont know how to claim. Pls help me
