I have opted for 2 schemes through their website and the contact person's name is Priya. Whenever there is a new scheme she used to inform us to check if we are interested to invest. I have invested in 2schemes and they have sent the agreement bond paper. As per the agreement payment will be paid on the 15th(For one investment) and 30/31st(for another one) on the last date of the month. I was receiving the amount regularly until 31-MAR-2022. I did not receive the payment from April 2022. When I was trying to reach this person on her mobile number and WhatsApp she has not received my call and not even bothered to respond to my WhatsApp messages.

had a call with the person and they explained the situation why the payment was delayed and agreed to pay the pending payments.

Updated by gurujothi.d I had a call with the Agrotech and they explained the situation and their side and I understand this is not a public profitable company. They agreed to process the payment and I am marking this complaint as resolved.
