Ai, Airtel, Messege Centre- Instagram, Facebook, One Plus India — Abuse, trauma healing abuse, unsafe, security threat

Hi,
I have tried every better way to navigate through the problems by above brands but nothing mattered. I am a trauma survivor still in the process of healing. I feel targeted and unsafe by the unapologetic attitude of these brands and low professional standards of customer service teams.

My therapists- Dr. Dinal Vora, Dr. Chandna Bakshi, Dr. Somnath Basu and members of my family could be responsible for the same as they have isolated me with their untowardly behaviour, in real which also reflects on my social media. I stayed strong, waiting for their behaviour to change, but it didn't. I feel unsafe and traumatised, thinking this is how my life might continue. Lastly, this isn't an issue I face only with online shopping. I am targeted even at restaurants, by travel agents and during my travel, by film stars who are in my therapy to how my psychology has developed. And I have no one to turn to, who realise or remember that I have trauma from the past, even in their conscience, so much so that earlier I could turn to my stars, and knew that I could trust people in the government if at all I needed them. And those very stars have convinced me that even that is a therapy I will lose, as if it is a joke. Below is a complaint, and if you read it you'll know just how I feel targeted.

Flipkart Delhi, you are making mistakes sending me almost all products. Twice you sent me a product in the wrong size. Your help center chat is zero support and so are the CS on phone. I'm bombarded with phone calls & delivery updates until I'm traumatised to speak to them or the delivery associates. Two of the 3 orders that were alright were 'open delivery' orders where I saw a stranger opening my personal products before they were delivered to me.
2 orders were cancelled without an explanation and I was refunded, and 1 product I received was a wrong product.
All of these items were part of 1 order.

I am a trauma survivor and I really do not have the health to deal with exchanging, returning & reordering products so many times. Not that that should be the only reason why you should be more careful, but I request you to not be so uncaring and careless with sending what is ordered and if you can kindly adhere to what is written on this post.

Amazon Delhi, I make the same request to you. I am a trauma survivor and I really do not have the health to deal with any more unprofessional beyond what you've put me through. Please be more careful with me, henceforth I don't have any orders to place with you unless very necessary, but for what is already in process, kindly complete them and allow yourself and me to be in peace for being in association with you as a customer. Thanks.
