Aiims Pg Entrance — Payment deducted but not showing in my application form

Sir,
I have completed the 5 steps of form for PG exam 2020. Did payment from my debit card money deducted from my account but the application did not go through. Then I again did payment from my credit card again money was deducted from my credit card but again application did not proceed.
