Aim2win Consultant Solutions — I am complaining about Peter and after taking rs24000 giving us no services

We already have a part time for cleaning utensils, sweeping and mopping. And another for taking care of pets, odd jobs, dusting etc (Given by aim2win). Another agency from hometown was getting delayed so we asked for a temp cook cum housekeeper. Peter asked for rs24000 since it’s temporary, we agreed and he brought a girl from mizoram. Peter said she is a great cook. Jhunj thapa. First day we realised she can’t even boil rice or make roti, the roti turns out to be pappar. So we somehow tolerated as didn’t want to expose ourselves further to covid by replacing her. We thought she will learn. She talked all night to her boyfriend, woke up at 9 am, and if we told her keep it on the counter she will keep it on the floor! We continued to do all her work and try to coach her but she just refused to learn even basics. Didn’t pay any attention when we spoke to her. Used to phase us out and i started to worry she is into substance abuse. Yesterday we asked her to boil potato and eggs and that’s all she did, after that i asked her to clean the bathroom which is part of her job, she just went off to sleep. It was the last straw. We asked her to leave because she isn’t working however eats like a pig all day long. No point right. We won’t get our rs24000 back but at least the irritation of watching this worthless person eating and doing nothing all day is gone.
