Aims Examination Cell New Delhi — Amount received but service not delivered

I applied for the post of non faculty group c I completed all my registration formalities that include registration experience details education I also made payment of 3000 as a application fee towards aims but 3 days have passed it is still showing me that payment pending in my portal they are not replying. To my mail nor they are receiving any call . The last date of form is near what should I do
Kindly help as soon as possible.
