I had appeared for ATMA (AIMS Test for Management Admission) exam on 25th May'19. After the results got published on 31st May'19, I started getting lot of messages and calls for admissions from various MBA colleges in which I haven't applied.
This is a serious BREACH of PRIVACY. How can a entrance test conducting body can share my personal contact details to different MBA colleges without my consent. This is a serious mental harassment since I get more than 2-3 calls and 5-6 messages/emails on daily basis for MBA/PGDM admission inquiries.
I want to sue this Entrance Test conducting body because of creating mental harassment to me and I owe a compensation/apology. Was this information helpful? |
