Air & Sea Express — My parcel got stuck for clearance & am still not getting the parcel

My friend has sent me a parcel from Amsterdam to India (Kolkata) through Air & Sea Express but it got stuck in New Delhi Airport because of customs clearance.A lady called me and asked me to pay 38900 as custom clearance fee to deliver the parcel..When i told her to return the parcel to the sender she asked me to pay 25000.The parcel contains gift items.I don't know wat to do.Please help me to get my parcel.
