Air Sky Services — Regarding fake job

A day before i got a fake calls from a agencie saying that they are recruiters. And they have many vacancies in aiports and am selected as groud staff air in one of the airports in chandigarh. And also i should submit my personal documents including 1400 rupees as processing charge. Is these are real and if they are real why there is charges.
