Air Tail Fastag — Poor service and I had to pay penalty

I bought AIR tell fast tag in Sitapur UP on 22.jan2021 .I put 500 and then Rs 1000 credit .I did not get proper sms as some time it was taking more time and some time no communication .I went through Lucunow . gorakhpur .varanasi jabal pur and vadodra .On 6tth . I put 1000 ruppes going to baroda to ankleshwar but It did not work although i had Rs 1140 credit .Again on 14th it did not work while coming to mumbai twice .I had to pay double .It appears that air tell pllaying some trick to extort money because I found may people have similar problem .Please blacklist them and instruct me to pay double money I have paid
