My name is bahadur khan i have booked ticket from airindiaexpress app, on my first try at 5:20pm on 5 th august 2019 it asked me for debit card details but it showed sorry and try later and i didnt get any confirmation. My money was not deducted but now at 1:00 am 6 august 2019 i booked again this time i got confirmation number but ticket has booked on my name 2 times and my money is deducted for both. I called customer care they have told that 2 tickets have been booked under my name and he provided me with another booking receipt xxcxyr.
Now allready traveled with booking receipt jrhzbd. So please full refund my money for booking receipt xxcxyr.
Before cimplaning here i had send email 24 hours before my flight but i get reply after 3 days and that to not satisfying.
