Attn Everybody,, guide me pls
I booked the ticket online through www.akbartravelsonline.com as per detail the ticket fare is cheaper thant Srilankan airline Online service. I book the ticket, during Reschedule he collect too much amount from me, the srilankan airlines office not change the ticket directly, they said contact akbar online, Akbar online add aditional too much amount, the Srilankan airlines and Akbar online agreement is making trouble to us. so i want go to court , consumer court, pls advise me for taking powerful actions.
