The "product" that ryanair claims to provide is an absolute joke. They assure you with low prices and a concise booking experience and then whip out the reality rug when you get to the airport. The airline is more than eager to provide you with false promises as long as they get their money. They do not care whether or not they meet your satisfaction. The staff has been entirely unpleasant to deal with and are more of an annoyance than a resource. We have flown with them twice, hoping that the second time might have been a more pleasurable experience and that the first time was just a fluke; we gave them too much credit. They charged for every possible fee they could- they did not receive our online check-in (in which we, as passengers, were held accoutnable for) and they refused to accomadate us in any shape, way, or form. I have never been infuriated enough to go onto the internet just to bad mouth a company but this airline has made me change my ways.
