My name is nishat haider, I was travel from lucknow to muscat on dated 6.5.17, mr raja is appontinted that time on oman air counter at lucknow international airport, my laugage bag is 32 kg, he telling i cant bring this much weight, he is asking extra money to allow my extra language, he is doing miss behaiving also, even not talk properly, plz check mr.
