I would like to add a similar case with all similar kind of ID's and documents used to fraud me.

I saw an Alto 800 LXI with vehicle number KA 04 MU 8344 with very good condition as mentioned by the fraud (named as Pramod Desai) in Facebook Marketplace. As he told it's a 2018 model and driven only 5000 KMs and priced as Rs.150000/-. Later I negotiated it to Rs.140000/-, so deal was final and he mentioned he is a CISF Jawan employed in Kempegowda Airport, Bengaluru. He was using his phone no. [protected] for all the communication with me.
So date of delivery fixed on today (28/08/2019). So today morning (around 7 am) he called me and shared the bill
from "Airport Service Army Transport" and he asked me to pay Rs.5000 as a transport charge to be paid in advance and I paid it. He told, Car will be delivered as per the schedule (12 pm) and a Airport Transport security person (shared the photo of that person as well) will come to deliver along with Army Transport vehicle. He told he will be busy in his office work so he can't talk for further process and whatever process that person tells you have to follow and pay him using google pay/paytm.
After 4-5 hours one other guy called me and he mentioned he is from Army Transport and I have to transfer 17900/- mentioned in the bill as a RTO name transfer. I asked him to come to my door step then I will pay you but he was talking about the army process so I paid him 17900/-.
After that again the guy pretend as a Army Transport officer called me from phone number [protected] asked me to pay the next mentioned amount in the bill as a process. That time I realised something back of mind as a case of fraud and started searching in google and found this post with similar bill consignment number and CISF ID proof with photo only name changed as Pramod Desai.
I realised, I became a victim of this fraud and then I called Pramod Desai about that and asked to return my amount(5000+17900 = 22900) but he refused to do that. Later the ID proof he shared with me in whatsApp deleted as I mentioned about the fake ID proof.

Please help me and take an appropriate action on that.

Inthe face book page giving olx fraud advertising with the name of airport service army transport.I have lost the 47000 amount for car selling advertising.who ever they have cyber criminals government should catch them and put in to the prison .They should punish.

मैंने यूपी 52 बीसी 2222 ओ एल एक्स पर जो नंबर था उस पर कॉल किया उसने बोला आपको गाड़ी कहां चाहिए अभी मैं इस समय पुणे हूं तो मैं बोला मेरे घर पर भिजवा दो मैं चेक कर लेता हूं वह बोला कि आपको जब तक गाड़ी आपके नाम से नहीं हो जाती तब तक आपको पैसे नहीं देने हैं केवल आपको ट्रांसपोर्टेशन चार्ज देने हैं मैंने ट्रांसपोर्टेशन चार्ज 5100 देकर और गाड़ी को ट्रांस ट्रांसपोर्ट कराने करने के लिए बोला था उसने दूसरा नंबर दिया विकास पटेल का कि मैंने गाड़ी ट्रांसफर कर दिया अब आप विकास से बात कर लीजिए विकास से बात हुआ तो बोला मैं निकल गया हूं सुबह तक मैं लखनऊ पहुंच जाऊंगा लखनऊ में पहुंचने के बाद उसने कहा वहां पर गाड़ी को छुड़ाने के लिए आपको पैसे लगेंगे₹15600 फिर उसके बाद उसने डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन के नाम पर ₹8790 लिए फिर आरसी ट्रांसफर करने के नाम पर 5670 डॉक्यूमेंट वेरिफिकेशन के नाम पर 6890 फिर उसने इंश्योरेंस के लिए बोला इंश्योरेंस 2021 तक है 2022 तक करना है यह रूल है जब भी उसे पैसे के लिएबोलता कि किस बात के लिए पैसे जब बात हुआ है चेक करने के बाद नाम से ट्रांसफर होने के बाद पैसे आपको मिलेंगे तो बोला कि रूल है भाई मैं कुछ नहीं कर सकता हूं या तो अमन को बोलिए या आप दीजिए तो मैं बोला हमारी मर्जी मैं किस कंपनी से इंश्योरेंस करा हूं मैं करा लूंगा तुम रहने दो मैं अपना पैसा खर्च कर लूंगा, बोल रहा है भाई मैं रूम के खिलाफ काम नहीं कर सकता हूं बोला मैं यहीं पर गाड़ी छोड़कर जा रहा हूं लखनऊ और अमन आएगा तभी अब गाड़ी छूटेगी छुट्टी लगा कर मैं बोला ठीक है मैं पैसे नहीं दूंगा फिर अमन ने कॉल किया बहुत रिक्वेस्ट किया कह रहा है किशी से मुझसे झगड़े हो गए है एक आदमी से उसी को पैसे देने हैं इसीलिए मैं चाहता हूं जल्दी से हट जाए निकल जाए और इसी तरह करते करते हैं मुझसे कई बार पैसे ले ले इसीलिए मैंने इंश्योरेंस का पैसा नहीं दिया कृपया तुरंत कार्रवाई करें और मेरा पैसे रिटर्न कराने की व्यवस्था करें।

Ok you have pay full amount of balance payment I called the army man he said just pay it take your courier I blindly paid 9000 and I called courier boy then he you have to pay 11160 as insurance amount the company will take 160 Rupees’and you will be refunded your 11000

Dear friends these people are trapping lot of people on olx, quickr etc.These people display good conditioned cars and offering very less prices people like us unknowingly chat with them and pay huge amounts as advances.Today morning I also trapped by these people and paid Rs 3120/- to the following mobile number-[protected] as service charge through 'GooglePay' but the transaction got declined by the Gpay. thank GOD i got doubt and verified the internet for so called vehicle number 'KA43M6837' and finally came to know that these people are cheated so many people as of now. So you people do not get into this kind of tempting offers and kindly share your experinences with others and help them not to fall for this traps.And this people will try to gather all your personal informations like 1.live locations 2.Aadhar card 3. photos 4. Bank details with Gpay, Phonepay etc. They will tell that the car will come to your given address and payment through online so dont waste your time on this fraud activities.Please be careful
