Airports Authority of India — Application portal payment

Hi,

I did a payment of 1000 rupees while applying for AAI Junior executive ATC. The Transaction on remittance form showed successful and Money was deducted, But the Portal showed Payment Pending. I did another Payment for it then and that went successful again and Portal as well showed Payment successful. I want the refund for the first Payment I made. I have the remittance form for it with SBI Reference Number and Merchant Reference Number. I tried contacting the helpdesk on call and even raised a ticket no reply there. Requesting to have the refund as soon as possible.
