[Resolved] Airports Authority of India — collecting parking fees in an unethical way | |||
I would like to bring to your notice that the parking fees in the Chennai airport are charged in an unethical way. The parking vendors have set a grace period of 10 mins in which we can walk out without paying any fees but at the same time even if a second is crossed they demand to pay Rs.150 which is very unprofessional and unethical. The time taken is because of the queue at the payment kiosk due to which we lose the seconds gap and we fall a prey for them to pay which is totally unacceptable. In my case I had taken 30 sec more I did not even reach 11th minute when demanded the parking person said even a second is crossed Rs.150 need to be paid which is totally unacceptable and the delay was because of the queue. I would like to raise this complaint and demand refund. Please help me Was this information helpful? | |||
