Airports Authority of India — I am complaining about that I am not getting refund of exams fees.

I applied for for the post of junior assistance (Fire service) on aai website. During the time of payment total 4 times money deducted from my bank account but aai website shows that transaction failed. And after 4 times 5th time status showning transaction successful. And then i asked for refund of that rs. Which was deducted from my bank. I mailed to aai top management & helpdesk. No one is replying me.
