I am a doctor by profession,
I would like to bring to your notice the illegal parking charges collected at LBSI airport varanasi, I had visited airport on 30th March 2022, at 11.54 am and exited the premises at 12.02pm, i was charged 60rs.on asking for payment receipt at the exit for parking charges I was told to pay 500 rupees, as I have to return back within 7mins of entering the premises, I could not understand the rule, so I paid them 60rupees, and asked for receipt, initially they gave me receipt mentioning in time as 10.59 and exit as 12pm, when I asked for proper receipt they gave a receipt mentioning no parking zone charges, and threatened me to leave the airport or else!!
This is how goons are guarding the premises of airport, its not correct as these people are defaming varanasi name and hampering the vision of corruption free india.
I have attached the receipt, my vehicle number if required I will provide those details, if nobody gives proper attention to this complain I will have no option but to reach out to consumer court against the airports authority
Kindly look into the matter, already complaint to [protected]@aai.aero and raised complaint on twitter handle of adani group and civil aviation minister but seems nobody wants to handle this mess, its a bigg corruption and everybody in power are enjoying it. shame!!
