Airports Authority of India — I'm complaining about the cash stolen from my checked in baggage

I checked in my baggage at Bangkok Airport via GO FIRST airlines on 27-08-22 with 1300 USD inside my baggage and checked out the luggage at New Delhi airport on 27-08-22. When opened the baggage at home I found out my 1300USD to be stolen. Please help.
