Airports Authority of India — Long waiting line for women at Bangalore airport security check

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I had to wait for 30 mins at the women's security line while the men's line got done in minutes. There was a very real chance of my luggage getting lost or burgled as it lay unattended while I was in line

This was due to one of the lines being dysfunctional due to lack of women security staff. If the other booth had been functioning the line would be done in half the time

PS: They are displaying the whatsapp complaint no. for the security line at a place where people have no access to their cellphones. They should be displayed at the end of the security line where we get our phones back
