Since then, I have been patiently waiting for a resolution, but to my dismay, I have not received any updates or responses regarding the status from your side. This has caused me significant inconvenience, stress, and financial loss due to the valuable items contained in my bag.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances can lead to such incidents, but the lack of communication and resolution has left me in the dark. I kindly request that you look into this matter urgently and provide me with a comprehensive update on my lost baggage
