Airports Authority of India — loud music playing inside airport terminal building causing severe noise pollution

On 29th december 2018 loud music is being played inside terminal building from 6.45 pm till writing of this complaint *causing severe noise polution and irritation to passengers* despite repeated complaints made using crpf intercom. Even crpf expressed their helplessness.
We told aai staff that we are unable to hear the announcement. But they are in their own world at the expense of passengers who pay their salary.
Is this the way an award winning airport supposed to function?
Needless to say i will send this complaint to ministers of air transport and environment.
I am unable to send the sound recording and decibel meter reading.
