I am traveling on 12dec 2021. Indigo queues are not clearing and there is a lot of rush.
Queue is reaching till main gate and something has to be done.
Kiosks are not working so everyone is in queue even if someone needs boarding pass print out. Indigo is charging 1000 rupees for a seat and showing all other seats as full so people are not able to finish web check-in online also. I spent 2 hours in the queue and struggled a lot.

The rules of the transportation between 2 Indian airports are usually produced by the Indigo carrier prior to booking and in direct form or in the direct reference to the rules of the ticket after its issuance.
The passenger did not produce the rules of the ticket.
The air carrier is responsible for smooth uninterrupted process of the registration of the passenger for the flight.
It is not clear, what is the "kiosk" from such description.
Each air carrier duty is to organize the registration for the flight at the registration desk (place), which shall display the name of air carreir, flight number and the destination minimum.
As there are no video and pictorial evidences of the stationed "kiosk",
it is impossible to conclude the relations between such "kiosk" and any one else.
