Airports Authority of India — parking ticket

This is ragesh from chennai. Today i had visited airport. When i was entering the airport i got computerised parking ticket. When i was exiting the airport they charged me 150 and i paid but they gave me a manual ticket. I was asking for computerised only but they didn't give me a proper ticket. They was very harsh to me were they said they will tow my vehicle where my wife and 5 month old kid was inside i need a proper reply in return. I need proper reply for this complaint. Otherwise am going to file a case regarding this.
