Airports Authority of India — regarding stamp on hand on arrival at bhubaneswar airport after the lockdown

I reached at bhubaneswar airport on 06 june 2020 and then proceeded for thermal screening and then they put a stamp on my right hand that shows the date of arrival.
Next morning i found the whole stamped area has been burnt and the skin has been damaged. Still it is paining.
Now who will take responsible for that?
I am attaching the photo also.
