Airports Authority of India — wifi facility at airport

Hello sir,
I want to raise a concern on wifi access process on indian airports. I came to india by virgin atlantic flight from usa to india via manchester on 18th dec 2018. I landed in mumbai at 2:30am. It was difficult to reach out to my family as airport wifi access requires local phone and one has to provide pin. I had usa number with usa sim. I didn’t had indian sim so was unable to get wifi. I request to update the policy so that those not having indian sim may have access to wifi.
