Airtel Broadband / Airtel Xstream Fiber — no service & no refund by airtel xstream fiber despite repeated complaints

I applied for an Airtel Xstream Fiber connection on 5th April 2025 and paid an advance of Rs. 1000. Despite multiple follow-ups, Airtel has failed to provide any service or installation till date. I have sent several emails, received repeated fake promises of 24–48 hours, and was even contacted again to book a new connection—clearly showing a lack of coordination and intention to provide the service I paid for.

This has caused major disruption to my studies and work. This is not just poor service—it’s borderline fraudulent. Airtel has no proper customer support for broadband complaints and seems to only be interested in taking money for fake bookings.

Airtel Just Took My Money & Vanished – No Wifi, No Shame!

I demand an immediate refund of my money and strict action against this negligence. If no resolution is provided promptly, I will pursue this further through legal and public grievance platforms.
