Airtel Caf Form Filling Job — no refunding registration amount

I have paid the registration of 2149 rs. as per my telephonic conversation with Mr. Kohli from Delhi branch office. As he told me after my registration he will provide me demo and after demo if I accept to work then he will provide me agreement which I need to fill up and send them back but he didnt told me about the agreement charges. Now I told them clearly how I can trust you as you havent told me about the agreement ampount before and suppose if I pay the agreement amount tomorrow you can say for some other amount. So I denied and asked him to refund my registration amount . He said he will refund the amount only if Pay the agreement amount. These People donot provide adaquate information before and therefore not refund the amount later.
Strict action should be taken againt such unfair trade practices.
Fradulently they are cheating with people.
Request you to help me to get my registration amount back.
