For my customer number [protected] can you inform who & activated the monthly subscription of rs without my request or consent. When i called you guys up about 4 days back i selected my channels for approx rs 340. Post that i am surprised to see today that my monthly subscription charges has changed to rs 2857. I donot understand that who & why this was changed. When i called the support guys they were not responding on why / who changed this. I was told that my call was being transferred to supervisor but no one came online after waiting for 10 mins.
Can you revert this immediately and refund the charges that has been deducted in the last 4 days? And also provide me an explanation on why was this changed?
Also the support contacts are so poor that we have to wait for 30 mis before we get connected..
