Actually I got a SMS that
Dear Customer, we have received a complaint regarding unsolicited commercial communication from your Airtel no. [protected]. While we are investigating the matter, we have put a usage limit of 20 SMS & 20 calls for 1 month on this number as per the TCCCPR 2018 guidelines. We will keep you posted on the investigation result. In case of queries, please reach out to us at airtel.[protected]@airtel.com.
I reached airtel ndnc via mail but they did not respond properly and helped me so solve the problem and the number they provided also not responding
