I have lost my sim before 2 days, so, i decided to take a duplicate sim, and i contacted customer care and got me information as they will charge 50/- only, after visit the store and took the sim, then they charged me 150/- for duplicate sim, and also other one poor person was also charged for 150 in front o[censored]s . It's happened in Bihar and they tell that bihar and Kishanganj area take 150/- for all customers... Was this information helpful? |
