Airtel / Vi — Incoming calls and outgoing calls not allowed even after recharge

Hi,

I recharged with Rs.200 for my [protected], after recharge my incoming calls were activated but my outgoing calls were not activated. after few days when i called it says "number does not exists"

I don't understand.

Pls. help me.
