On dated 13/04/26 at 15.00 hrs an executive had visited our Hotel at Thermax Chowk, Pune and without our permission or consent had detached 4 routers of Airtel Xstram Fiber. On equiry the executive had provided the number of his senior i.e. [protected]. After having telephonic conversation with the person he said that he cannot undo the act done by his sub ordinate and spoke in an arrogant manner. After the said incident several complaints were lodged through customer care helpline number but the issue is stands unresolved since 7 days.
