My internet is not working form 11.01.2024

My internet is not working and its in red light.
made the complaint on 11.01.2024 @10.11am. on 12.01.2024 morning without my consent they closed my complaint.
without even assigned any engineers; without that you had closed my complaint stating that my issue has been resolved.

How is that possible without getting any otp from my end you are closing the issue??
Again, i called CC and made the complaint they had re opened my complaint again.

On 14.01.2024 without resolving the problem they closed my complaint . Again i had reopened

Repeatedly making complaints to your engineer MrAndrew, till now you had not taken any action on. always sending only him.

He never visits the site, but without visiting or attending the fault he always closes the complaint
But they keep only these types of engineers .
on 16.01.2024 eveing @4.30 pm i received a call from a person stating that he will attend my fault today -17.01.2024. His mobiel number is -[protected].
From mornignb iam trying to reach him, repeately calling him but he is not responding to my calls

Till now no one has visited my site
This type of issue is not happening for the first time, it's repeatedly happening, no one responds to our calls or complaints.

I need waiver on bills and refund for the4se 8 days
