Unprofessional service. One mr. Govind, was sent for servicing my kent water purifier, by m/s. Aishwarya solar technologies, 8th block, jaynagar, bangalore. Have changed all the spares possible, for a complaint of beep sound. He has charged rs.3540.00, bill no.3903, dt.20.09.2018, still the water was tasting like bore well water on complaint he comes the next day does something and says it is ok and says some water leakage problem and he has fixed it. The next day the water tastes the same as bore well water and water vapour and water was lodged into the tray. Again a complaint was lodged, and this time another technician was sent. He says this is due to motor failure. How come this happens in the first place, this is due to negligence of the first technician who did not fix the leakage properly in the first place. The second technician changed the damaged motor pump along with another spare part the tds controller. This bill no.4131 dt..6.10.18 amounted to rs.2635.00 both the bills amounted to rs.6175.00. How much can a customer bare and they have duped me. I
Now requestt you to intervene and take action against the company mentioned above, and help me in the refund of the second bill at least.
