Devi prasad pannigrahi with the mobile number [protected] was the point of contact from bhubhaneswar for my holiday trip and i have paid him (Aiwa travels) 100000 inr in 2 installments (Attached the payment details via credit card) and he also shared me all the details. Later i doubt on him and when i validated the tickets, i found that they are all fraud. From then onwards i was following him for refund from september 2017. I can share all the details if required. Please help to get my refund.
I came to know that devi prasad pannigrahi is currently under policy custody in bhubaneswar and his brother - durga prasad pannigrahi (Mobile number [protected]) is reachable currently and he also committed me for the refund from his brother. And from him only i came to know about the fact.
I have all the relevant details and if you require any details, i can share too. I only share the payment details that i perform. I have mails where he sent the links to pay with credit card and also there are whats up/gmail communication, where i have claimed multiple times for the refund and he agreed to pay about never do that yet.
