I had purchased a pukhraj online from aj retail based at l-68 b basement, gurudwara road, malviya nagar delhi-110017; online. The concerned person had promised a money back guarantee if the stone was not not of my liking. The person had promised a ceylon pukhraj but has sent a cheap quality pukhraj of 5.98 carats @ 3500/-, also the gemstone sent is chipped at 2 places and is not worth. The person is telling me from last 1 week the stone will be returned and he'll send a cheque but nothing has happened till date and now he doesn't even pick up my calls. Please don't buy from AJ Retails stores. It's a Delhi based shoop keeper. I was try to buy Yellow Phokraj from them. They have shown me a stone via whatsapp and send me a different stone to my address, also the seal was opened, luckily didn't pay amount to the COD person. Very good boy. I send back the stone immediately.

Please be aware.

Becareful with Aj-Retails.
They will get your money and no stone at the end.
You will be chasing them for your mo ey.
Dont know why india let these type of scammer sellers like Arvind Aj retails.

I was also cheated by this fake seller and scammer for buying a Rudraksha. He had sent me a fake rudraksha and when i returned it back stating i was not satisfied there is no update after that. Item and money both gone. Beware of such cheaters.
