I signed a contract with amit dubey since december 2016, and the contract said that they will deliver the system on january 10, 2017, but until nor its been 7 months they can not deliver the said project, and every time we put the pressure to them to deliver the project mr amit dubey is acting very unprofessional. They keep on saying that they will deliver the project and they keep on saying that we will wait but its been 7month and until now they can not deliver the said project. We receive many complaints from our client here in the philippines already. Even the our supplier in flights is sending us an invoice continuously until now. We need to pay the monthly service fee with the flight suppliers but we are not using the system because of the aj travel software labs can not deliver the said project. Before signing the contract, amit dubey promised me to deliver the said project on january 2017 so i continue to sign the contract. I this your good office will reach me to me email as soon as possible so i can provide you the contract with aj t software labs.
The project is portal development of a travel agency both b2b and b2c module. Full payment has been made to this company since january 2017. Indian government please help me to file a case to this company.
