[Resolved]  Ajay Kumar — cheating by promising to get a job at top mnc's

Hello everyone,
I would first like to start off by saying that me and 3 of my friends have been cheated by a person named ajay kumar thimmappa devendrappa (Named as ajay muchal on facebook) as he had promised me and 2 others of getting a job at accenture.
The total amount which had to be payed once we get the job was 1 lakh rupees.
At first the amount which had to be payed by all o[censored]s was 40 thousand rupees and once we were done with the interview we had to pay the remaining 50 thousand. All o[censored]s had paid the 40 thousand at first and as time passed by he acted as though the interview was scheduled the next day and we had to pay the extra 50 thousand and even we trusted him and deposited the remaining 50 also. However we realised that he as cheating us after a month or so and he had no real contacts with anyone and we were cheated. Time passed by and all o[censored]s are employed but we are not able to recover the money. Although he is in contact through phone he is not receiving any calls and evertime anyone calls he keeps telling that he will be depositing money and he doest. 8 months have passed by since we have given the money but we are unable to recover as do not know his house address.
He claims to be working in mindtree bangalore as a sap consultant.
He claimed to have known a person by name arjun as the hr at accenture.
It has been said that he has cheated several other people within bangalore

We are planning to take legal action against him and the reason behind this complaint posted online is because he has played not only with our money but also with our minds. Getting a job is one of the challenging phases in a persons life.
Please dont fall victim to such people and there is no shortcut to getting a job and finding success.
If anyone knows this guy and his wearabouts please do let me know.
