Complaint Details:
I am filing this complaint against AJIO regarding an unresolved return pickup issue.
I initiated a return request for my order (Order ID: FN[protected]).
The return pickup has been pending for more than 20 days.
On multiple occasions, AJIO updated the status as "Customer requested a later pickup."
This status is incorrect. I never requested a later pickup at any point.
I did not receive any call, SMS, or communication from the delivery executive before the pickup was marked as unsuccessful.
I contacted AJIO customer care three times and explained the issue, but no resolution was provided.
AJIO subsequently raised Complaint ID COM[protected] and informed me that an update would be provided by 13 October 2026.
Despite this, I again received a message stating that the pickup was not completed because I requested a later pickup, which is false.
This repeated misinformation and failure to arrange pickup has caused unnecessary inconvenience, delay in processing my return, and delay in receiving my refund.
Relief Requested:
Immediate pickup of the return item.
Full refund as per AJIO's return policy.
Correction of the incorrect "customer requested later pickup" remarks.
Compensation for the inconvenience and delay caused due to repeated failed pickup updates without any pickup attempt.
