I am mr devvart bist. I have also booked a flat in the l tower in phase 2.
The builder is charging unfair metro charges, the project is already delayed close to over 1.5 years. Paid for pla but nothing is there!!
Did a site visit recently, nothing is working from lift to amenities, that were promised, the place is not fit for living. On top of this the builder is demanding final installment (Under fit out period) otherwise penalty of 18%!!!. There is no cc or oc!!
