Order was placed on January 15th, 2025 . Amount 8500 with an expected delivery date of 2nd February 2025. When inquired, i was informed that the product was sent on February 3rd, but despite multiple requests, no tracking details were provided. After repeated calls and messages, I received no proper response. I informed to my friend with this concern and called from different number she (Kalyani) attended call, after my friend spoke, she (Kalyani) told products were never even designed .Let alone it being sent .Later from next day she didn't respond to my friend's call and messages. 26-Feb-2025 - i posted story in my Instagram account and tagged "AKANKSHA_HARSHINI_DESIGNERS_" account and posted same screen shot in Facebook comment as well. There is no reply from her end, but she is posting new videos to take new orders and cheat more people.
