I had ordered pink analog female watch but i got different colour watch, when i called to flipcart they delivered second time again wrong product man casio watch. When i complained about this to customer service team, they people irritated me so much by their rude way of taking and not settlement my concern always disconnected the call after keep call on hold. One executive of flipcart (Shivam) laught over the call and shouted on me when i told my problem 10th time. As a customer i am not satisfied to flipcart service team they people are very mannerless and irritating customer sevice provide. I had talked almost 10 executive of flipcart and have to repeat same concerns again and again. Kishore, aisha, jitendrea, ankur, shivam, and etc. Cut the call without complete the conversation after keep the call on hold. Was this information helpful? |
