I have booked a flight from Lucknow to Bengaluru on 1st Nov for 1st Nov, however ticket has been sent for 4th Nov. When called for support, staff were talking very rudely and arrogantly. They were blaming all to customer only. From 1st to 4th Nov, ticket prices were the same until last moment, they could have supported but did not. I was in a medical emergency that's why booked my wife’s ticket urgently but didn’t get any support. I see, worst service by Akasa Airlines and never suggest it to friends. Not sure who the culprit is but could have been managed but seems Akasa is more interested in charging penalty rather good service. They cannot survive long with this fraud scam.
